1.1 These Terms and Conditions, together with any documents referenced here (collectively, the “Terms”), govern your use of this website (the “Website”) and all related or connected services (the “Service”).
1.2 Please read these Terms carefully—they contain important information about your rights and obligations and constitute a binding agreement between you (the “Customer”) and us. 3.9. You act solely on your own behalf as a private individual and not on behalf of any other person or for commercial purposes.
3.10. You will not manipulate any market, game, or feature of the Service, nor act in bad faith in any manner that could harm the integrity of the Service or the Company.
3.11. You will act in good faith toward the Company and the Service at all times, including in relation to all bets you place.
3.12. Neither you nor, where relevant, your employees, employers, agents, or family members are registered as Affiliates in our Affiliate Program.
4.1. To play and bet with 3WE, you must complete the account registration (“Membership Application”) as shown on the Website.
4.2. All details you provide must be true, accurate, and complete (name, address, source of funds, bank/card numbers).
4.3. We take reasonable steps to protect your personal data. We share it only when required by law/regulators or with payment providers to process transactions. You are responsible for keeping your own information secure.
4.4. You must not use the Service:
4.4.1. If you’re under 18 (or below your local legal age) or lack legal capacity.
4.4.2. If your country prohibits online gambling.

4.6. If you use the Service for unauthorized purposes, we may terminate your account and, where appropriate, take legal action.
4.7. Our employees/partners (and their immediate families) may not play for real money without written consent from a Company Director/CEO. Breaches lead to immediate termination and loss of bonuses/winnings.
4.8. We will never ask for your password/PIN/security code via phone or email.
4.9. One member = one account (one IP, one household). If we find multiple accounts, we may treat them as one, terminate extras, and/or end this Agreement (including deposits/winnings/bonuses as applicable).
4.10. We may refuse any registration at our discretion, without giving a reason.
4.11. Before using the Service, complete registration and accept these Terms. To bet or withdraw, you may need to pass verification (KYC) by providing ID (passport/driver’s licence/ID card) and proof of address (recent utility bill). We may limit/suspend features until documents are received. You also need to fund your account using supported payment methods. (KYC/AML rules apply.)
4.12. Keep your contact details—especially your Registered Email Address—accurate and up to date. We use it to contact you. You’re responsible for securing access to it. Accounts without a reachable email may be suspended. Providing false details may result in immediate suspension and possible legal/regulatory action.
4.13. You may register only one account. Accounts created via representatives, relatives, associates, affiliates, related or connected persons, or third parties acting for you may be closed immediately.
4.14. To confirm identity and financial standing, we may request additional information or check approved third-party sources. If we obtain data from third parties, we will inform you.
4.15. Keep your password confidential. If the correct login details are used, we assume the activity is yours. Change your password regularly. Tell us immediately if your account, password, or Registered Email is compromised—we may ask for proof to verify you and will suspend the account once informed. You are responsible for all activity until we are notified and have acted.
4.16. Do not share Service content with others via screenshots/frames or display it in any way that differs from the original Website view.
4.17. You can use the currencies available on the Website for deposits, withdrawals, and bets. Some payment methods only support certain currencies; a processing currency and converter will be shown where relevant.
4.18. Registration pages are an invitation to apply, not an obligation to open an account. We decide, at our sole discretion, whether to open an account and do not have to explain refusals.
4.19. After you apply, we may request more information/documents to meet legal and regulatory requirements.
5.1 Currencies
If multiple currencies are supported, your balance and transactions will be shown in the currency used for each specific transaction.
5.2 No Credit
We do not extend credit for participation in the Service. You must have sufficient cleared funds in your account to place any wager.
5.3 Suspension/Closure for Breach
We may suspend or close your account if you fail, or we reasonably believe you fail, to comply with these Terms; to protect the integrity or fairness of the Service; or for other reasonable grounds. Where closure or suspension occurs due to your breach, we may cancel and/or void your bets and withhold funds in your account (including deposits), subject to applicable laws.
5.4 Suspension/Closure at Our Discretion
We may suspend or close any account at our discretion and without prior notice.
5.5 Wager Restrictions
We may refuse, limit, cancel, or restrict any wager at any time and for any reason, including suspected attempts to bypass betting limits or system rules, or any activity we consider fraudulent or abusive.
5.6 Mistaken Credits
If funds are credited to your account in error, they remain our property. Once identified, we will notify you and remove the amount from your account. If such funds have been withdrawn or used, you must repay the amount on demand.
5.7 Overdrawn Accounts
If your account shows a negative balance for any reason, you owe us the overdrawn amount and must settle it promptly.
5.8 Reporting Errors
Notify us immediately if you become aware of any error relating to your account, balance, bets, or transactions.
5.9 Responsible Gaming & Self-Exclusion
Gambling should be entertainment. Do not wager money you cannot afford to lose. If you feel your play is becoming problematic, you may request self-exclusion by contacting Customer Support from your Registered Email Address and stating your wish to SELF-EXCLUDE. We will process your request within 24 hours of receipt. During self-exclusion, your account will be disabled and you will be unable to log in until you instruct otherwise (subject to any applicable minimum exclusion periods).
5.10 Non-Transferability
Your account is personal to you. You may not transfer, sell, assign, pledge, encumber, broker, gift, or otherwise deal in any way with your account or any related assets (including balances, winnings, deposits, bets, rights, or claims) to or for the benefit of any third party, whether an individual or entity.
5.11 Account Closure by You
If you wish to close your account, email our Customer Support team from your Registered Email Address using the contact links provided on the website. We will confirm closure after completing standard checks.
6.1. We accept bets on the games, sports, and other events shown on the Website/Devices. All bets follow these Terms and the relevant House Betting Rules. If there is a manifest error (e.g., wrong participant/price) or a system malfunction, the affected bets are void.
6.2. We may, at our absolute discretion, decline all or part of any bet without giving a reason.
6.3. We only accept bets placed online via the Website/Devices in line with these Terms. Bets submitted by post, email, fax, or any other method are not accepted and will be void.
6.4. We may suspend or close your account if we believe you breached these Terms, cheated, hacked, manipulated, or harmed betting integrity. Balances, winnings, and payouts may be forfeited. We may do this without prior notice.
6.5. Any use of bots, AI, automated tools, or third-party software to place “abnormal bets” is prohibited. Such bets are void, bonuses/winnings removed, and the account closed.
6.6. A bet is valid if your username and password are entered correctly and you have sufficient funds.
6.7. You are responsible for all activity made using:
i) your name; ii) your account number; iii) your username and password—whether or not you authorized the use.
6.8. You must check bet details before confirming. Once accepted by us, bets cannot be cancelled or changed (subject to these Terms) and are treated as final.
6.9. All bets are recorded in our transaction logs. Those logs are conclusive evidence of transactions and times.
6.10. A bet is deemed accepted when a transaction ID appears on your screen and in your transaction history.
6.11. No betting is allowed after an event has started or where the outcome is already known. If a market is mistakenly left open, we may decline or void such bets. (This does not restrict official in-play/half-time markets.)
6.12. Event start times shown are for information only. If a bet is inadvertently accepted after an event starts, we may cancel and void it.
6.13. Unless the sport/event rules state otherwise, results are settled on the day the event finishes. Later enquiries or overturned decisions are not recognized; original settlements stand.
6.14. If a sporting event venue changes, bets placed on the original venue are void (unless stated otherwise in the House Betting Rules).
6.15. The winner is determined on the event date per the House Betting Rules.
6.16. We do not recognize suspended games, protests, or overturned decisions for settlement purposes.
6.17. In multiples, if a selection is void/non-runner, the bet is settled on the remaining valid selections.
6.18. Odds/lines/handicaps fluctuate and are only fixed at the time we accept your bet.
6.19. If a manifest error/mistake/system failure causes an incorrect price/line/handicap, that bet (or that part of a multiple) is void. If corrected in time, we may—but are not obliged to—contact you so you can re-bet at the correct terms.
6.20. We do not accept simultaneous duplicate bets from you on the same event.
6.21. For any bet and related transactions, our decision is final and conclusive.
7.1 The maximum payout on any valid, accepted bet (including combined/ multi-product wagers) is capped by your VIP level. Any eligible amount above the cap may be carried forward in line with our payout schedule.
8.1. Winnings from settled bets are credited to your account. Withdrawals follow our withdrawal policy and require you to provide valid photo ID to our satisfaction.
8.2. You must complete at least 1× turnover of your deposit amount before requesting a withdrawal. 3WE may charge your account for reasonable costs related to deposits and withdrawals.
8.3. All bank charges arising from your betting transactions are your responsibility. 3WE may deduct these charges from your winnings or account balance.
8.4. The maximum payout for all progressive games is MYR 5,888. This cap also applies to any free credits won from tournaments, events, scratch tickets, free tokens, mini games, or game shows.
8.5. Before approving any withdrawal, 3WE may request additional verification, which can include: proof of ID, front/back of payment card, passport, driver’s licence, video call verification, bet-on-the-spot check, recent bank statement, or other documents at our discretion. If you fail to comply, 3WE may void winnings in your account.
8.6. Crediting winnings: Winnings are added to your account automatically. These updates are not final “proof of win” and may include amounts later debited. If a manual review finds fraud or malpractice, 3WE may void affected winnings and take appropriate action on the account.
8.7. Bonus Money is promotional, virtual funds granted by 3WE. It cannot be withdrawn immediately and is subject to promotion-specific rules.
8.8. Bonus Money may be converted to real money and withdrawn once you meet all requirements of the relevant promotion.
9.1. You are fully responsible for all amounts you owe us. All payments must be made in good faith. You must not initiate chargebacks or take any action to reverse a legitimate payment. If you do, you agree to reimburse us for the chargeback/denial/reversal and any related losses we incur.
9.2. We may use third-party payment processors or merchant banks to handle your payments. Where their terms are made available to you and do not conflict with these Terms, you agree to be bound by them.
9.3. We may review transactions to prevent money laundering and terrorism financing. Any suspicious activity may be reported to the relevant authorities.
10.1. All promotions, bonuses, and special offers are subject to these Terms and any promo-specific rules. We may suspend, withdraw, or change any bonus/promo and its rules at any time.
10.2. If we believe a user is abusing (or trying to abuse) a bonus/promo, we may block, deny, suspend, withhold, or remove that user’s access to the offer at our sole discretion.
10.3. We may void bets and confiscate funds from any person or group acting in collusion/fraud (including relatives, organizations, bookmakers, and employees).
10.4. Bonus abuse (bonuses are for recreational play) may lead to bonus removal and sanctions (e.g., higher rollover or loss of bonus rights). Abuse includes, but isn’t limited to: cashing out just to redeposit, creating/referring accounts you control, or any behavior we deem abusive. We may restrict eligibility (including by geography) to prevent abuse.
10.5. We may request proof of identity/payment details at any time. Documents must legally verify the player and pass security checks.
10.6. We may review transaction logs. Accounts flagged as “bonus hunters” or set up to exploit promos may lose promo entitlement; bonus, winnings, and even deposits may be forfeited if abuse is confirmed.
10.7. Examples of abuse include (not limited to):
(i) Irregular/low-risk patterns (e.g., covering both sides, equal/zero-margin or hedge bets; roulette red/black or covering 24+ of 37 numbers; both-side betting in sports/live casino).
(ii) Claiming a bonus then requesting withdrawal without fair play.
(iii) Creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once.
(iv) Placing high bets >30% of bonus balance while wagering a bonus.
(v) Delayed winnings: triggering free spins/bonus rounds with bonus/cash, exiting, then returning later (e.g., after wagering completes).
(vi) Bet pattern switching: betting high to build balance, then switching to very low bets to finish wagering and withdraw (e.g., stake MYR 25, win MYR 5,000, then stake MYR 0.50 until rollover met).
10.8. Weekly insurance rebates are tied to the individual ID across the platform and calculated on overall win/loss, not by category (e.g., sports and casino are not separated).
10.9. Deposit bonuses must be claimed before play starts. No bonus will be added after gameplay begins. Welcome Bonus cannot be removed once issued.
10.10. For fair gaming, you must complete the stated wagering requirement for the bonus before you can cash out any amount. The required wagering is shown on each promotion.
11.1. Winners are determined on the official settlement date of the event. Protests or later overturns are not recognized for settlement.
11.2. Results become final after 72 hours. Within that window, we may correct only human errors, system errors, or mistakes from the official source. After 72 hours, no queries will be accepted.
11.3. If the governing body overturns a result within the payout period, all related wagers will be refunded.
11.4. If a draw occurs:
When a draw option is offered: win/lose stakes lose if the match ends in a draw.
When a draw option is not offered: all stakes are refunded on a draw. If no draw option was available and extra time is played, extra time counts.
11.5. If we cannot verify a result (e.g., interrupted feed with no alternative source), we may declare the event invalid and refund wagers.
11.6. Minimum/maximum wager limits are set by us and may change at any time. We may also adjust individual account limits.
11.7. You are responsible for your own transactions. Once a bet is placed, it cannot be changed. We are not liable for missing or duplicate wagers. Please check My Account after each session to confirm your bets.
11.8. A matchup has action as long as the two teams are correct, regardless of the league header shown on the site.
11.9. eSports start times shown are indicative only. If a match is suspended or postponed and not resumed within 72 hours of the scheduled start, wagers are refunded. Exception: bets on a team/player to advance or to win the tournament will stand.
11.10. If we post an event with an incorrect date, all wagers stand based on the date announced by the official governing body.
11.11. If a team uses stand-ins, the result stands (the team chose to use them).
11.12. We may remove events, markets, or products from the Website at any time.

12.1. You use the Website and Services at your own choice and risk. Do not use them if you find any part offensive or unfair. Online gambling may be illegal in some places. We do not offer the Services where they are illegal. It’s your responsibility to comply with the laws that apply to you; 3WE makes no promise that the Services, Website, Software, or Information meet your local legal requirements.
12.2. The Services, Software, Website, and Information are provided “as is.” Except where these Terms say otherwise, 3WE makes no warranties—express or implied—about accuracy, timeliness, security, uninterrupted/error-free operation, or freedom from viruses/malicious code. You must protect your own devices and data (e.g., antivirus, safe browsing).
12.3. If a system or communication error affects account settlement or any part of the Services, 3WE is not liable and may void affected bets and take steps to correct the error.
12.4. 3WE is not responsible for any damage, loss, or expense (including harm to your device or data) arising from your access to or use of the Services/Website/Software/Information. We also disclaim liability for issues caused by third parties (e.g., ISPs, telecom providers).
12.5. 3WE and its affiliates, partners, officers, employees, and agents are not liable for direct, indirect, special, consequential, or economic losses related to your use of the Services/Website/Software/Information—even if advised of the possibility. If liability must be applied by law, 3WE’s maximum liability for any claim related to a bet is limited to the amount of that bet.
12.6. Some Information may be provisional and subject to change. It is for reference only, not advice or a solicitation, and you must not rely on it as a binding representation or warranty.
12.7. You agree that these disclaimers and limits fairly allocate risk between you and 3WE and are enforceable to the fullest extent allowed by law.
12.8. If you dispute a result, submit a written complaint within 14 days of the event result. If there is any discrepancy between your device’s display and our transaction logs, the logs certified by our CTO are final and conclusive.
12.9. Inter-player transfers are prohibited. We do not allow money transfers between player accounts (including “chip dumping”). Transfers may be reversed, accounts closed, and balances (deposits and winnings) forfeited at our discretion.
12.10. Betting syndicates (players acting together to gain advantages or bonuses) may have only one account in total. Redundant accounts may be merged, an admin fee charged, payouts refused, and wagers reversed at our discretion. We may also forfeit wagers placed to defraud or exploit bonuses, whether alone or in collusion.
13.1. In addition to all other rights under this Agreement, 3WE may—at our sole discretion—void winnings, forfeit any account balance, terminate this Agreement, and/or suspend or deactivate your account if we have reasonable grounds to believe any of the following:
i) You hold more than one active account with 3WE.
ii) You join a promotion and withdraw before meeting its requirements.
iii) You provided false or misleading registration details.
iv) You failed to provide requested identification documents.
v) You are under the legal gambling age.
vii) You access or use the Services from a prohibited jurisdiction.
viii) You charge back (or cause a chargeback) or deny transactions/deposits made to your account.
ix) You deposit funds from criminal, illegal, or unauthorized sources.
x) You cheat or attempt to cheat, use AI/bots/automated systems, or collude with others to defraud 3WE or other players.
xi) You allow another person to use your account, whether intentionally or not.
xii) You breach any term of this Agreement.
xiii) You fail to disclose that you are located in Philippines, Taiwan, Korea, United States of America, Singapore, Hong Kong, United Kingdom, France, Guadeloupe, Guyana, Martinique, or Reunion.
13.2. If Services are suspended and/or your account is deactivated under 13.1, we will only reinstate Services and/or reactivate your account after you complete all required corrections (where possible) and we verify them to our satisfaction.
13.3. Suspended/Closed Account Association: If an account is suspended or closed for any reason, we may also close any future accounts registered by the same person and void or cancel all bets and transactions made through those accounts.
14.1. The Website may include links to external sites that we do not operate. These links are for convenience only. We do not guarantee those sites are accurate, up to date, or maintained.
14.2. 3WE does not control, review, approve, or endorse the content, privacy practices, products, or services on any external site, and makes no warranties about them.
14.3. 3WE is not liable (in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise) for any loss or damage arising from your use of any external link provided on the Website.
14.4. Unless we state otherwise, 3WE is not associated or affiliated with any statements, opinions, trademarks, logos, products, services, operators, or owners of external sites—or anyone connected with those sites.
We may, at our sole discretion and without notice or liability to you, add new games or features to the Website, or start, stop, restrict, or modify any game or feature at any time.
3WE may pursue all legal and equitable remedies for any breach of these Terms, including—at our sole discretion and without notice—denying or restricting access to the Services, Website, and Information, or blocking access from specific IP addresses, devices, or users at any time, without needing to give a reason.
17.1. The House Betting Rules and any other terms that govern use of the Services, Software, Information, and Website are part of these Terms.
17.2. If there’s a conflict between the House Betting Rules (or any other governing terms) and these Terms, then these Terms control, unless we expressly state otherwise.
17.3. If this Agreement is translated, the English version prevails whenever there is any discrepancy.
If 3WE cannot perform, or is delayed in performing, any obligation under these Terms because of events beyond our control, this will not be a breach. Examples include (but aren’t limited to): acts of God, changes in law or regulation, government or court actions, terrorism, fire, lightning, strike or other labor dispute, flood or drought, war, riot, theft, system or transmission failures, telecom/broadband outages, power failures, severe weather, earthquakes, and other natural disasters.
You agree to take reasonable steps to minimize the impact of any such event.
If 3WE does not enforce any part of these Terms at any time, that does not mean we waive our rights. The Terms remain fully valid, and 3WE may enforce any provision or take action later.
If any term in these Terms is found by a competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable (in whole or in part), that portion will be severed and the rest of the Terms will remain fully valid and enforceable to the maximum extent permitted by law.
21.1. If we believe a user is abusing (or trying to abuse) the system or is likely to benefit from such abuse, we may—at our sole discretion—block, deny, suspend, withhold, or remove that user from any bonus or promotion.
21.2. We may void any or all bets and confiscate funds from any individual or group acting in collusion or fraud (including relatives, organizations, bookmakers, and their employees).
21.3. We may request proof of identity at any time. You must provide documents that legally verify your personal details, payment information, and any other data needed to pass security checks.
21.4. We may review transaction records and logs at any time, and you consent to these reviews. If we determine—at our sole discretion—that you are engaging in system abuse or irregular play, we may deny, withhold, revoke, or withdraw any privileges, winnings, or deposit amounts, terminate your access to the Website, and/or block your account. In such cases, we are not obligated to refund any funds in your account.
22.1. Withdrawals from rebates (daily rebate / weekly loss rebate) are capped at MYR 5,888.
22.2. For Sportsbook Mix Parlay and Correct Score, the maximum payout per bet/ticket is MYR 100,000.
If we detect parlay abuse—e.g., stacking the same matches with minor odds/line variations while the score hasn’t changed (such as Ticket A “Team X Over 2” and Ticket B “Team X Over 2.25”) to exceed payout caps across multiple tickets—we may forfeit all winnings, block accounts, and remove associated funds at our sole discretion.
22.3. The following do not count toward turnover:
Bets that are void, tie, or canceled;
Bets on odds below: 0.5 (HK/Malay) or 1.5 (EU); and for Moneyline/1X2: below 0.7 (HK/Malay) or 1.7 (EU);
Opposite-side bets on the same game/outcome.
Using arbitrage or any pattern intended to guarantee profit is considered abusive under our Terms.
22.4. In any dispute, 3WE’s decision is final.
22.5. Turnover on non-live table games (e.g., Blackjack, Video Poker, Craps, American Roulette, Baccarat, and other non-live table or non-slot games) does not count toward turnover unless specifically stated.
22.6. Turnover on P2P games, poker, 4D, and horse racing does not count toward turnover requirements.
22.7. (Duplicate of 22.1) Rebate withdrawals are capped at MYR 5,888.
22.8. Deposits without a bonus (including vouchers, rewards credit, or any special credit) require 1× turnover unless specifically stated otherwise.
22.9. The maximum payout for all progressive games is MYR 5,888. This same MYR 5,888 cap applies to free credits from tournaments/events/scratch tickets/free tokens/mini games/game shows.
