4) Time-outs (cool-offs)

Take a break for 24 hours to 30 days. You won’t be able to deposit or play until the time-out ends.

5) Self-exclusion

Request a longer break (e.g., 6 months, 1 year, or longer). During self-exclusion, access to play and deposit is blocked. You can also apply for government exclusions/visit limits in Singapore via the National Council on Problem Gambling (NCPG).

You can usually withdraw available funds, but you won’t be able to deposit or wager until the restriction ends.
